German financial investor searches for investment opportunities in B2B software providers in succession cases

The investor is looking for investments in the B2B software segment. Furthermore, sales volume of 1 to 8 million euros and an EBIT margin of more than 20% are among the investment criteria. In addition, the investor wants to invest his capital in medium-sized companies with a secured customer base, which is why start-up investments are not covered. Instead, with the own know-how the investor aims at majority participations and succession scenarios in niche markets.


The investor has specialized in investing in software companies. Backed by a family office fund, the team has already made a number of investments in Heathcare and CPM software companies. Part of the investment strategy are long-term to unlimited holding periods.
